This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients to develop new business and drive revenue growth through research, networking, and consultative discovery.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of customer supply chains to gain insights into their business challenges, operational requirements, and potential opportunities for the company's solutions.
• Propose, present, and implement tailored solutions that align with customer goals and provide long-term value from the company’s portfolio.
• Foster and expand existing customer relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their operations and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure effective onboarding, solution adoption, retention, and the overall health of customer accounts.
• Work together with internal stakeholders, including specialized product sales teams and cross-functional colleagues, to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Engage regularly with customers to enhance their understanding of the company’s capabilities and maximize the use of the entire portfolio.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers through regular business reviews, strategic account planning, professional communication, and engagement at the executive level.
• Utilize technology tools (CRM systems, mobile devices, internal platforms, and presentation tools) to facilitate accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and effective customer communication.
• Show initiative and leadership by organizing and guiding internal teams, maintaining execution discipline, and adapting to shifting business conditions.
• Monitor competitive activities within assigned accounts and markets, ensuring that appropriate strategies and responses are communicated internally.
• Represent the company professionally through customer engagements, meetings, and industry involvement as necessary.
• Education: An undergraduate degree in business, sales, supply chain, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Certification/Licensure: Preferred certifications in the Supply Chain / Logistics Industry.
• Experience: Over 7 years of enterprise-level sales experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
• Proven success in consistently surpassing enterprise sales targets and contributing to market share expansion.
• Demonstrated ability in selling complex solutions to enterprise-level clients and senior decision-makers.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and presenting at the executive level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales performance tracking systems.
• Proven discretion and confidentiality in managing and safeguarding sensitive information.
• Technical: Proficiency with standard office technologies, including Windows PCs and Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as web conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
• Environment: Willingness to commute to and work in a fully on-site setting (as stated in this posting), with travel for relevant meetings/events.
• All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
