This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Maintain and enhance sales accounts across diverse sectors.
• Adapt Red Hat’s sales strategy into actionable account-specific plans.
• Grow existing accounts while generating new business opportunities.
• Execute the account strategy to boost performance and ensure customer success.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and nurture relationships within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with partners to amplify the customer value proposition.
• 5–7 years of experience in technology or software sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing annual sales objectives.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Strategic mindset with skills in value engineering.
• Capable of articulating the business challenges faced by customers.
• Proficient in developing long-lasting relationships.
• Proven track record in selling intricate IT solutions.
• Self-driven, resilient, and focused on achieving results.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SFDC.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Open to travel as necessary.
