This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within current customer accounts
• Enhance the adoption of AI-driven solutions
• Facilitate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up on commercial inquiries
• Foster robust, long-term relationships with customers
• Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate AI solutions
• Ensure precise management of CRM and sales pipeline
• Work in partnership with product and customer success teams
• Ideally, you possess experience from a rapidly growing, global SaaS organization
• Background in SaaS, software, or technology sales
• Proven experience in account management and upselling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in presenting solutions both online and in person
• Genuine interest in AI, healthcare technology, and workflow enhancement
• Experience in healthcare, therapy, or clinic-related sectors is a plus
• Educational qualifications in musculoskeletal health or mental health are highly regarded
