This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Inbound Leads – Quickly respond to incoming inquiries using a consultative approach. Effectively qualify prospects, customize solutions to meet their needs, and achieve a high conversion rate. Prospects approach us with specific problems, and your role is to assist them in finding solutions that alleviate their concerns.
• Reviving Lost Opportunities – Take the initiative to reconnect with archived or inactive leads through strategic offers (e.g., converting a declined one-time service into a recurring monthly subscription or adjusting a premium service into a more cost-effective option).
• Strategic Outreach – Utilize geographic targeting to enhance route density and improve service efficiency in key markets.
• Customer Expansion – Perform thoughtful follow-ups after service to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and transform one-time customers into regular subscribers.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling – Spot opportunities between scheduled services to suggest “top-off” treatments, increasing convenience and long-term customer value.
• Sales Discipline – You possess a proven history of diligently updating CRM systems, providing accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.
• Consultative Closing Skills – You excel at actively listening, educating customers, and closing deals with above-average conversion rates.
• Professional Communication – You are fluent in English, demonstrating a communication style that combines warmth, professionalism, and persuasive skills.
• Ownership Mindset – You approach each interaction with accountability, viewing every customer engagement as an opportunity to enhance the TurFresh brand.
• Your communication reflects the TurFresh brand, making fluency in English, warmth, and persuasion crucial.
