Sales Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities that generate revenue, managing sales pipelines, and implementing account strategies designed to secure enterprise-level deals for new, expansion, and renewal bookings in the Technology sector.

• Facilitate both on-site and remote meetings with customers in the Technology industry, delivering engaging pitch presentations and product demonstrations to marketing-qualified leads, effectively highlighting the value proposition of our solution.

• Participate in tradeshows and industry events to actively generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, thereby increasing the market presence of our solution.

• Conduct both standard and customized product demonstrations, respond to technical inquiries, and engage with client technical teams to present our product architecture, tailor discussions on solutions, and address technical objections as required.

• Collaborate with sales engineers to manage and execute Proof of Concept exercises, demonstrating the capabilities of our solution through live showcases of process automation tailored to client needs.

• Take charge of coordinating RFX responses, working closely with internal teams such as sales engineers, product, and services teams to produce comprehensive and persuasive proposals that satisfy client requirements.

• Partner with technical support, engineering, and service resources to ensure alignment between solution design and client business needs, facilitating seamless integration and deployment of our solution.

• Collaborate with key members of the management team to ensure product success, provide insights for defining the future roadmap, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at sustaining long-term growth and success.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree combined with substantial work experience is essential.

• A proven track record in the technology industry, pursuing new business opportunities with Robotic Process Automation, GenAI, and Agentic Process Automation in enterprise-level organizations.

• Over 6 years of full sales cycle experience generating new business within the Computer Software, Enterprise SaaS, or process automation technology sectors.

• Willingness to travel within the country, approximately 25% to 50% of your time, to engage with prospective clients, attend industry events, and represent our company in various capacities aimed at expanding our reach and securing new business opportunities.

• Familiarity with enterprise software architecture and technologies.

• Understanding of business process management concepts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of consultative selling, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial closing, objection handling, and closing deals.

• High energy and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

• Experience and knowledge of collaboration with channel partners such as “Big 4” advisories and leading System Integrators is a plus.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with software applications such as Salesforce.

• Demonstrable technical expertise with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
