This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key healthcare entities, oncologists, and other pertinent stakeholders. Gain a deep understanding of their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Create and implement a thorough sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Identify new avenues for product adoption and expansion.
• Acquire knowledge about our AI-driven medical tests, their applications, and the benefits they offer to healthcare providers and patients. Effectively communicate this expertise to clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market changes. Utilize this information to strategically position our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the advantages of our personalized therapy solutions.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and finalize sales agreements. Ensure that contracts and agreements are executed efficiently.
• Maintain precise and current records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using a Client Relationship Management system.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (science, business, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in healthcare or medical sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
• Strong grasp of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of cancer diagnostic tests and/or treatments.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology is strongly preferred.
