This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and assess market trends, competitor behaviors, and customer insights to reveal valuable opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners, providing expert advice on positioning, sales support, and customer engagement strategies.
• Develop, manage, and enhance a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, qualification, and opportunity management.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) to measure performance, pinpoint growth levers, and guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to create and implement cohesive strategies that align customer requirements with product capabilities and market objectives.
• Offer actionable feedback to improve sales funnels, marketing initiatives, and customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth customer journey and maximizing conversion rates.
• Contribute to the creation of new business models, partnerships, and market entry strategies that position the organization for sustainable growth.
• Continuously track industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to shape strategy and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
• Over 6 years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic role, with a proven track record of influencing and closing complex deals in the SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
• Established expertise in strategic solution selling — from pipeline development to navigating multi-stakeholder deals and value-based negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with practical experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools to derive insights.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating data and strategy into engaging narratives for executives and clients.
• Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally to synchronize go-to-market, product, and operational strategies.
• Detail-oriented problem solver who excels in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools is preferred.
