Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews utilizing Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidate performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodologies.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and executing objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A high degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).

• Resume must be submitted in English.
