Sailpoint ISC Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve Jira tickets and support inquiries related to SailPoint

• Diagnose and address issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform

• Assist with SailPoint ISC implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements

• Create and sustain API integrations with associated applications and systems

• Work alongside internal stakeholders to enhance identity governance and access management procedures

• Provide support, maintenance, and improvements for the identity governance platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

• Proficient in troubleshooting and providing platform support

• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and identity management workflows

• Understanding of Jira and processes related to incident/request management

• Knowledgeable in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) principles

• Candidate should have substantial experience

• Must have completed two or more SailPoint ISC implementations (application question)
