This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver consulting, training, and support services to ensure successful implementation of cloud-based accounting software solutions for clients.
• Collaborate directly with Chief Financial Officers, IT directors, and end users to create solutions that provide business insights, generate reports, and yield outcomes that enhance business performance.
• Perform system analysis and documentation, configure the solution, generate financial reports, and oversee deployment.
• Guide and advise clients throughout their journey from system selection to go-live and provide post-implementation support and beyond.
• Assist with internal and external sales initiatives as required.
• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting, business, or information systems.
• Familiarity with or direct experience in native cloud accounting/ERP products (such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite) and relevant industry trends.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong business analysis capabilities and understanding of cloud technology.
• Proficient in managing project deliverables to fulfill client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in providing training to clients.
