SaaS Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and qualify new prospects within targeted industries and regions.

• Execute structured outreach through email, phone, and social media channels.

• Assess customer suitability based on use case, urgency, and business pain points.

• Advance qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

• Oversee initial qualification phases and ensure accurate, complete records in the CRM system.

• Recognize prospect challenges and convey Cargobase’s overarching value proposition.

• Align the needs of prospects with the core features of the platform during preliminary discussions.

• Establish realistic expectations for subsequent sales stages.

• Predict lead volumes, qualification rates, and conversion metrics.

• Monitor outreach efforts and maintain cleanliness of CRM data.

• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at managing a substantial volume of outreach.

• A genuine interest in logistics, technology, or enterprise sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and data-oriented environment.
