SaaS Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the RFP response process for designated pursuits across various Go To Market sales teams for both domestic and international public and private endeavors.

• Organize meetings and coordinate the response team to ensure compliance with RFP requirements, production of documentation, and on-time submission.

• Handle multiple RFx projects simultaneously (usually 2-3) with a high level of efficiency to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Build essential relationships throughout the organization with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to acquire necessary inputs.

• Develop clear and succinct messaging that highlights Procore’s client advantages and the competitive edge of our strategies within proposal content.

• Exhibit thought leadership regarding best practices in RFP responses to assist in shortlisting and enhance win rates.

• Keep track of market and industry trends to create innovative content and provide strategic recommendations for proposal messaging.

• Participate in quarterly team initiatives and attend virtual training sessions to ensure alignment with company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a proposal manager responding to RFPs for SaaS solutions.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Journalism, English, Proposal Writing, or Marketing is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of procurement processes (e.g., GSA), proposal best practices, and necessary requirements such as forms and documents.

• Proficient in software tools including Adobe, MS Office, and Google Workspace; experience with proposal management software like Responsive, Loopio, or Qvidian is preferred.

• A collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills who genuinely embodies Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.

• Familiarity with construction project management processes and workflows is highly advantageous.
