This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and direct intricate, multi-year SaaS implementation initiatives for Federal clients.
• Guarantee timely and high-quality execution of programs throughout planning, delivery, and customer success stages.
• Introduce structured and repeatable program methodologies customized for defense and aerospace projects.
• Serve as a primary liaison with Federal client stakeholders, comprehending and aligning with their program execution frameworks.
• Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with clients, particularly in high-security and compliance-focused settings.
• Manage cross-functional teams, both internal and client-facing, emphasizing delivery accuracy and accountability.
• Oversee and manage program budgets, risks, and performance KPIs, ensuring clear communication and escalation when necessary.
• Promote continuous improvement and conduct post-implementation assessments to enhance future delivery cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Over 8 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in the public sector or government contracting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in contract management or procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and project engagements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and nurture peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Microsoft technologies, and Cloud services.
