This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Overseeing and nurturing a team of Account Executives
β’ Actively participate in and lead meetings with clients and prospects
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources as needed
β’ Responsible for the continuous mentoring and development of the sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on the sales process
β’ Provide reports on sales activities and forecasts to senior sales management
β’ Tasked with establishing and executing the Salesforce mutual Go-to-market sales strategy for the Customer 360 product family
β’ Lead, establish, and expand a sales organization for this product family within the Enterprise Higher Education For Profit (National US) segment.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Leadership
β’ At least 10 years in software and/or applications sales; preferably with IT-centric solution/application software, targeting primarily the CxO level (ideally CIO)
β’ Recent experience with the Enterprise customer segment, including commercial education, public sector, and/or higher education sectors
β’ Experience in selling to clients in the Public Sector, particularly within the Higher Education vertical
β’ Proven track record of success in leading complex top account teams in a high-growth, matrixed environment
β’ Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue targets
β’ Strong history of recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing sales organization
β’ Excellent cross-functional partnership skills to foster collaboration among various internal and external stakeholders
β’ Exceptional presentation and executive engagement abilities
