• Take ownership of regional revenue objectives, profitability, and market share expansion.

• Scale high-performing B2B, Managed Service Provider (MSP), and channel-driven sales activities.

• Enhance win rates, forecast precision, and sales efficiency through structured execution.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

• Identify untapped opportunities within evolving enterprise ecosystems and Telco markets.

• Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team.

• Cultivate strong frontline and second-line leaders while establishing a clear succession pipeline.

• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence in performance.

• Convert enterprise-level strategies into region-specific execution plans.

• Provide valuable market intelligence regarding enterprise trends, Telcos, competition, and customer requirements.

• Drive innovation in approach, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership positions within Telco and/or Enterprise markets.

• Strong history of increasing revenue and building high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated success in intricate B2B, MSP, and channel-oriented sales environments.

• Experience in owning and executing multi-year regional Go-To-Market strategies.
