This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Propel Coupa's expansion within clients across the United Kingdom and Ireland region.
• Mentor, nurture, and assist an international team of highly driven Account Directors by acting as their strategic advisor and guiding them in delivering value in every engagement.
• Collaborate intimately with Global System Integrators such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, and Bearing Point.
• Set a strong example by implementing effective sales processes and best practices, while partnering with your team to formulate sales strategies for targeted accounts, sub-regions, and vertical segments.
• Provide weekly sales updates for the region and ensure precise record-keeping in Salesforce.
• Interact with C-level prospects, adeptly presenting Coupa's strategic value proposition and facilitating deal closures.
• Initiate key sales training and coaching programs to enhance Business Value Selling capabilities within your team and support them in crafting sales strategies for targeted accounts, sub-regions, and vertical segments.
• Proven success in B2B sales leadership within a SaaS environment.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Background in value-based selling to enterprise customers is essential, with preference for those possessing domain knowledge in Spend Management, P2P, eProcurement (though not mandatory).
• Strong skills in recruiting, managing, and coaching high-performing teams, combined with a mentoring approach.
• Demonstrated empathy and the ability to pinpoint strategic customer pain points, crafting unique and compelling value propositions that emphasize delivering business value.
• Excels as a collaborative team player, effectively working across functions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Proven track record of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from functional roles to C-level executives.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with full business proficiency in other languages spoken in the region regarded as an advantage.
