• Create an effective business and marketing strategy to expand a multi-state territory, positioning F&G as a leader in our industry.
• Build strong relationships with financial professionals through the value you deliver, the expertise you provide, and the integrity you maintain.
• Collaborate with Bank Program Managers, OSJs, and other influential centers to educate advisors and assist in the growth of their businesses.
• Illustrate to advisors how F&G’s annuity solutions can facilitate a more predictable retirement for their clients through phone, video, and in-person meetings.
• Work alongside our National Accounts Team to identify opportunities for enhanced visibility at each bank or Broker-Dealer we collaborate with.
• Coordinate and strategize with Senior Internal Wholesaler to efficiently manage your territory as a cohesive team.
• Represent F&G at industry conferences, distributor meetings, and various events as required.
• Effectively manage your time and budget to achieve or surpass sales objectives for the territory.
• Bachelor's Degree - A combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience successfully wholesaling within the bank and IBD channels.
• Licenses/Certifications - Life Health Licenses, FINRA Series 6 or 7, Series 63 (or 65 or 66) Licenses.
