This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and implement the sales strategy aimed at developing and securing new business within the enterprise market.
• Act as a people-centric leader and a data-driven collaborator.
• Build and design a high-performing sales team through strategic recruitment and motivation.
• Organize and conduct regular forecasting meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Mentor direct reports on key account strategies for successful deal acquisition.

• Advocate for and integrate a sales and pipeline management process by developing and sustaining executive and senior-level client relationships in key accounts.
• Maintain a visible and engaged presence with the sales team through customer interactions.
• Actively participate in closing deals with target accounts and drive initiatives for future success.
• Propel sales-generated pipeline through proactive prospecting and key business development initiatives.
• Over 10 years of first-line management experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Possesses humility, strong business ethics, and an open-minded perspective.
• Proven success in establishing strategic customer relationships at the C level.
• A solid track record of developing world-class internal and field sales teams.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience in a technology (preferably SaaS software) sales organization, with a history of successfully meeting sales targets in direct routes-to-market.
• Proven ability to deliver annual sales targets exceeding approximately $100 million.
• Demonstrated experience in nurturing sales teams that consistently achieve 25% yearly revenue growth.
• A successful history of selling to Fortune 500 companies and Forbes top private firms.
• Customer-oriented with exceptional knowledge of proven sales processes and solution-selling techniques.
• Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills; capable of applying these skills with business acumen to complex situations with competing priorities.
• A proven track record of success in a hyper-growth environment.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with senior business leaders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
