This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee a team of sales professionals who directly engage with end users.
• Utilize the support of key channel partners to promote the IGA Solution Suite.
• Engage in onboarding sessions and assess the current status within reporting frameworks.
• Cultivate relationships with essential support functions and gain familiarity with products and success stories.
• Create 12-month and 3-year business growth plans and enhance existing processes.
• Proven success in leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations.
• Preferably has experience leading sales during the transition from on-premise to SaaS models.
• Capability to instill structure and discipline across all facets of the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide their teams.
