RV Operations Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers regarding program advantages

• Help with inquiries about covered benefits and the enrollment process

• Guide customers to the appropriate department for further assistance

• Handle front-end technical support inquiries

• Aid in enrollment or renewal processes

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard web applications in the industry

• Capability to uphold a high standard of confidentiality

• Familiarity with RVs and roadside assistance services
