RTE Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess registration and scheduling processes in collaboration with Patient Access and Revenue Cycle leaders to ensure alignment of front-end build with PB revenue cycle requirements.

• Assist in the design, construction, and testing of ASA tables.

• Evaluate access automation, such as automated scheduling, from a revenue cycle standpoint to ensure necessary registration data is collected.

• Collaborate with other revenue cycle stakeholders on Real Time Eligibility and payor plan mapping initiatives.

• Analyze the current patient estimate build, assess estimate precision, and suggest enhancements to broaden estimates.

• Aid in preparation for electronic authorizations and establish front-end financial clearance metrics.

• Share expertise and provide mentoring to customer Access IS personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Prelude and Real Time Eligibility certifications are required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Prelude/RTE analyst or advisor.

• Proven experience in aligning registration and scheduling builds with downstream billing needs.

• Practical experience with payor plan mapping and eligibility workflows.

• Experience in building patient estimates and conducting accuracy assessments.

• Familiarity with cadence and electronic authorization workflows is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Comfort in partnering with operational leaders and mentoring customer analysts.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
