RPM MA - Contact Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the collection of Remote Patient Monitoring data, which includes blood pressure, glucose levels, pulse oximetry, and weight.

• Engage in regular patient outreach to promote device adherence and reinforce correct measurement practices.

• Accurately document patient interactions, device readings, adherence notes, and communications in the electronic health record in a timely manner.

• Execute assigned clerical and administrative duties for nursing personnel.

• Facilitate patient engagement, care coordination, and quality outcomes.

• Notify nursing or clinical staff of any changes in patient condition following established protocols.

• Uphold patient confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA, CMS RPM guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Foster a positive, patient-centered care environment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Perform additional tasks as directed.

• Utilize AI tools in daily operations to enhance clinical documentation and care coordination tasks.

• Undergo comprehensive training before independently providing patient support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate and/or evidence of completion from a nationally accredited program.

• A strong passion for patient care, underscored by empathy and compassion.

• Excellent ability to educate patients effectively.

• Capability to work autonomously in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant setting.

• Dependable, high-speed internet connection required.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Hardwired internet connection is mandatory.

• Submission of a speed test is required during the offer process.

• Private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Availability to work rotating holidays throughout the year.

• Required to cover a minimum of two (2) weekends per month.

• Participation in a four-week training program, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time; attendance is compulsory.

• AI proficiency: comfort with exploring Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience in telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).

• Preferred: Moderate to advanced computer skills.

• Evening Differential: +$1.50/hour for hours worked after 7:00 PM ET.

• Late Night Differential: +$2.00/hour for hours worked after 10:00 PM ET.

• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid after 120 days of continuous employment, subject to active employment and satisfactory performance at the time of payout.

• Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $1,000.
