This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the UiPath Orchestrator, unattended robots, queues, and scheduled jobs during RPA Coverage Hours.
• Respond to alerts regarding job failures, faulted transactions, queue backlogs, robot disconnections, prolonged job durations, and license or capacity thresholds.
• Direct RPA alerts into the BCI ITSM platform for the creation, assignment, and tracking of incidents.
• Conduct scheduled health checks of the RPA Environment and report any exceptions.
• Receive, prioritize, triage, and resolve incidents impacting the RPA Environment.
• Restart failed jobs, retry or reprocess faulted queue items, and resolve blocking conditions by utilizing documented runbooks.
• Elevate product defects to UiPath and manage vendor cases until resolution.
• Escalate issues related to business logic, source data, and upstream applications to the appropriate BCI owner or Service Tower.
• Address requests for scheduling modifications, queue management, and configuration of robots or assets.
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator folders, robots, assets, credentials, queues, triggers, and schedules.
• Implement and revert automation packages in accordance with the Change Control Process.
• Maintain runbooks, monitoring configurations, and support documentation.
• Apply patches and version upgrades from vendors following the Change Control Process.
• Report on incident volumes, service-level performance, execution success rates, and recurring failure causes in the Monthly Performance Report.
• Conduct root cause analyses and suggest remediation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for reducing failures and minimizing manual intervention.
• Experience with UiPath RPA environments is expected, although specific minimum qualifications are not defined.
• Proficiency in monitoring and administering UiPath Orchestrator, unattended robots, queues, scheduled jobs, folders, assets, credentials, triggers, and schedules.
• Capability to manage incidents and requests within the RPA Environment.
• Competence in deploying and rolling back automation packages in alignment with the Change Control Process.
• Ability to implement vendor-released platform patches and version upgrades.
• Skill in performing root cause analyses and recommending remediation actions.
• Capacity to generate incident, service-level, and automation performance reports.
