Romanian Sales Consultant, L1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients

• Utilize warm leads from the client database

• Clearly and professionally present products and solutions

• Assist in the sales cycle, including closing deals when appropriate

• Keep precise records in CRM systems

• Handle follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Romanian: C2 (Professional proficiency is mandatory)

• English: good working proficiency (B2)

• Prior experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center settings

• Demonstrated success in closing sales (not just lead generation)

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

• Comfortable working with KPIs and sales objectives

• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured workflows

• Reliable internet connection (LAN required)

• Desktop or laptop: Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum

• At least 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM

• Minimum 10 GB of free disk space

• Wired USB headset
