RN II – Oncology Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Evaluates the clinical needs of patients in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

• Assesses the necessity, appropriateness, and efficiency of medical services and procedures.

• Coordinates and supports the implementation of plans for members.

• Oversees and manages services provided outside the network.

• Acts as an advocate for the member and their family across various sites to optimize resource utilization.

• Engages and communicates effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience is required.

• At least two (2) years of experience in health care payer roles is necessary.

• An Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or an active Compact License is required.

• CCM certification is preferred.
