RN – Building Blocks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough home visits for first-time mothers who are economically disadvantaged and their families.

• Uphold the highest standards of clinical nursing practice.

• Follow the Nurse-Family Partnership model diligently.

• Comply with the policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards set by NFP, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the organization.

• Operate within the grant-funded Building Blocks/Nurse-Family Partnership program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.

• Hold a current RN license in the state where you practice.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• Have unlimited access to a dependable vehicle that meets legal insurance requirements.

• A Class E Chauffeur's license is necessary if operating a hospital vehicle.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.

• Capability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift.

• Proficient in gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to fulfill job responsibilities.

• Preferred: An Associate's degree or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Preferred: Two years of experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting, or mental/behavioral nursing.
