This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough home visits for eligible first-time mothers who are economically disadvantaged, along with their families.

• Uphold the highest standards of clinical nursing practice.

• Comply with the Nurse-Family Partnership model.

• Adhere to the policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards set forth by NFP, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the organization.

• Participate in the grant-funded Building Blocks/Nurse-Family Partnership initiative.

• Commit to a full-time day shift, totaling 40 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have graduated from a professional nursing program.

• Hold a current RN license in the state of practice.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• Have unrestricted access to a dependable automobile with the necessary insurance as mandated by law.

• A Class E Chauffeur's license is required if operating a hospital vehicle.

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.

• Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.

• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods throughout each shift.

• Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform job duties.

• Preferred: Associate's degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Preferred: Two years of experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting, or mental/behavioral nursing.
