This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Supervise a team of Right-of-Way personnel and subcontractors.
• Oversee internal and client budgets with a focus on fiscal responsibility.
• Support procurement activities and foster business development initiatives.
• Assist in the enhancement of Right-of-Way services while generating new business prospects.
• Manage client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
• Direct project management tasks including scheduling, workflow, budgeting, quality assurance, and project completion.
• Coordinate databases and spatial applications related to projects.
• Conduct Landowner meetings, facilitate public meetings/hearings with stakeholders, and provide construction support for infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee contractual engagements with Utility and Renewable Energy firms.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in right-of-way acquisition and project oversight.
• Proven experience in managing electric transmission line or other linear acquisition projects is essential.
• Experience in leadership and staff development.
• Proficient in budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Background in contract and subcontractor management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of title reports, acquisition documents, survey exhibits, and various real estate-related paperwork.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all client and regulatory deadlines.
• Must hold a valid Wisconsin Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of ArcGIS software and Google Earth.
• Capability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet project timelines.
• Willingness to travel and work overnight as necessary.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle suitable for fieldwork (mileage will be reimbursed).
