📋 Description

• Transform client directives into captivating interactive advertisements, overseeing selected projects from initial concept to final delivery.

• Present and demonstrate advertisement concepts during client-facing meetings.

• Educate and collaborate with clients on the best practices for interactive advertisements.

• Become proficient in PLAY, our no-code playable builder.

• Utilize AI tools to create innovative concepts and assets at scale.

• Adapt concepts creatively with minimal or absent creative resources.

• Work collaboratively across teams, particularly with our Production department.

• Manage and prioritize various projects under tight deadlines.

• Approach problem-solving creatively without sacrificing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, or in-house team focused on interactive mobile advertisements.

• Comprehensive understanding of playable ad best practices, including file size limitations, engagement mechanics, tutorial design, end-card conversion strategies, and effective techniques for the initial 3 seconds across user acquisition channels.

• A robust portfolio showcasing skills in layout, typography, and animation.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Quick learner with new software; you'll delve deeply into PLAY and employ a suite of AI tools that frequently evolves. We prioritize adaptability over expertise in any specific tool.

• Comfortable using AI creative tools (such as image generation, prompt-based workflows, and AI-assisted iteration). Our platform incorporates AI features, and our top designers view AI as a collaborator, not merely a shortcut.

• An expert eye for detail and pixel perfection — no detail is too minor.

• Strong understanding of image compression and asset extraction best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can articulate your design choices clearly.

• Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently across different time zones.
