• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Market Access, Pharmacy, Consulting, or Payer sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of US healthcare economics and the factors influencing pharmaceutical demand, including pricing and reimbursement.
• Significant experience in healthcare contracting.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex customer environments and foster relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Proven skills in prioritization, organization, and analysis.
