RFP Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Identify and source pertinent RFP opportunities from various channels while evaluating their alignment with the company's strategic goals.

• Oversee the creation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals in partnership with internal teams.

• Tailor proposals to meet client needs, industry context, and specific evaluation criteria.

• Conduct structured follow-ups with clients and facilitate demo scheduling and engagement activities.

• Maintain RFP documentation, enhance proposal templates, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience working on RFPs.

• Exceptional proposal writing and communication skills with the capability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.

• Strong analytical and research skills to assess RFP requirements, eligibility, and competitive positioning.

• Proficient project management skills to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Solid understanding of business strategy, products/services, and target markets.

• Proficient in CRM systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
