This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prospect and identify new leads through channels such as LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their scenarios, challenges, and opportunities.
• Qualify leads using consultative sales methodologies.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the closing team.
• Record information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor indicators and commercial goals.
• Contribute insights regarding the market, clients, and prospecting strategies.
• Support the development and sharing of best practices within the sales team.
• Previous experience in Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, or commercial areas.
• Experience with active prospecting and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, resilient, and goal-oriented profile.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Knowledge of HubSpot (a plus).
• Experience with Sales Engagement (a plus).
• Familiarity with methodologies like BANT (a plus).
• Experience in technology or B2B services companies (a plus).
• Home Office Assistance: R$ 300,00.
