This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the senior Rewards Business Partner, acting as the essential link between Nebius' global Rewards operating model and its worldwide go-to-market organization.
• Take charge of the complete delivery of global rewards programs for GTM, converting enterprise frameworks into actionable plans, decisions, communications, and manager initiatives.
• Provide guidance to senior GTM leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition while ensuring consistency, fairness, affordability, and governance.
• Assess new and evolving GTM roles within the global job architecture, recommending appropriate grade, salary range, incentive opportunities, and equity treatment.
• Oversee GTM delivery across merit, bonus, and equity cycles, managing timelines, leadership calibrations, issue resolution, and achieving equitable, on-budget results.
• Collaborate with Rewards, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and business leaders on sales incentive and variable pay programs.
• Keep track of external market trends and internal GTM workforce data across various geographies, roles, pay mixes, and incentive practices.
• Implement global equity frameworks across GTM and suggest evidence-based differentiation through governance channels.
• Generate executive insights on pay positioning, incentive outcomes, equity value, budget impact, hiring trends, and retention risks.
• Monitor delivery, adoption, and effectiveness of rewards programs; identify risks related to pay, incentives, compression, and equity, and lead corrective measures.
• Connect GTM with global Rewards, facilitate manager enablement, and mentor less experienced rewards professionals.
• Extensive progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, with significant business-partnering experience in Sales or other go-to-market functions within a complex multinational organization.
• Advanced understanding of base salary, sales and short-term incentives, equity programs, market pricing, job evaluation, and annual compensation planning, particularly in GTM reward models.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including the ability to evaluate ambiguous variables and their business and cost implications.
• Proven track record of influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders while balancing business advocacy with enterprise stewardship, global consistency, and governance.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, consulting, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and articulate complex rewards concepts in a clear and commercially viable manner.
• Experience managing cross-functional rewards programs within a matrixed global model.
• Familiarity with compensation, market, sales incentive, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience in a publicly listed, rapidly growing technology or AI organization is preferred.
• Experience mentoring other rewards professionals is preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is advantageous.
• Must possess authorization to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility.
