This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Take ownership of, implement, enhance, and integrate the revenue technology stack to boost go-to-market efficiency and results across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Manage and optimize revenue tools, design CRM workflows, facilitate cross-system integrations, ensure data governance, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Achieve high tool adoption rates, maintain clean and governed data that enables rapid and precise lead/account routing, accurate forecasting/visibility, and measurable productivity and conversion improvements.
• Implement and manage platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation.
• Oversee primary tools such as Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo/Ringlead, among others.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage renewals, and resolve tool-related issues.
• Encourage effective communication between core tools and enhance their interoperability.
• Assess the current go-to-market tech stack, proposing consolidations or enhancements.
• Train the go-to-market team on workflows and new features of tools.
• Serve as the liaison with Salesforce administrators for CRM data and workflow enhancements.
• Assist with Salesforce data hygiene, manage account changes, and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee account scoring and enrichment to direct sellers towards revenue opportunities.
• Ensure CRM enrichment through automated deduplication and integration activities.
• Act as the primary owner of Ringlead, ensuring automated CRM hygiene and rep assignment logic is maintained.
• Serve as the liaison for the Lead Management Process.
• Develop and maintain automated lead routing in Ringlead.
• Design processes for enriching and routing high-intent leads for prompt follow-up.
• Assist with contact segmentation within CRM for precise engagement classification.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to guarantee lead quality and task ownership.
• 5-8 years of experience in a comparable role.
• 3+ years of direct CRM administration experience (preferably with Salesforce) encompassing objects, flows, permissioning, and lifecycle design. 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
• Understanding of the Salesforce object model, flows, validation, permissioning, roles, and reporting; familiarity with CPQ/forecasting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, and document automation.
• Experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error management, and monitoring.
• Strategies for deduplication/normalization/enrichment; familiarity with data dictionaries and governance.
• Skills in backlog management, user acceptance testing, release notes, training, and adoption tracking.
• Proficient in gathering clear requirements, prioritizing tasks, and providing status updates.
