This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership, implement, optimize, and integrate the revenue technology stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Oversee and manage platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation.
• Supervise Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo/Ringlead, and other revenue tools.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage renewals, and resolve tool-related issues.
• Assess the GTM technology stack and suggest consolidations or additions.
• Train the GTM team on workflows and new tool functionalities.
• Work with Salesforce administrators on enhancing CRM data and workflows.
• Assist with Salesforce hygiene, account modifications, and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage account scoring, enrichment, deduplication, and integration activities.
• Oversee Ringlead automation, CRM hygiene, and representative assignment logic.
• Develop and maintain automated lead routing in Ringlead.
• Design enrichment and routing processes for high-intent leads.
• Assist with CRM contact segmentation and partner with Marketing on campaign lead quality and task ownership.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and vendors, evaluate the technology stack, optimize tools, enhance data workflows, and streamline lead management.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving tool interoperability and data integration.
• 5–8 years of experience in a related role.
• 3+ years of direct CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce, covering objects, flows, permissioning, and lifecycle design.
• 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce object model, flows, validation, permissioning, roles, and reporting.
• Familiarity with CPQ and forecasting is advantageous.
• Experience in revenue technology administration across conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, and document automation.
• Knowledge of API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
• Skills in deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies, data dictionary, and governance.
• Competence in project/change management, backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking.
• Experience in requirements gathering, prioritization, status updates, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours and adjust working hours as necessary.
