• Extract, model, and analyze CRM and product data to inform business decisions.

• Construct and manage dashboards and reports focused on pipeline, revenue, and funnel metrics.

• Ensure data integrity throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from lead acquisition to renewal.

• Monitor and report on sales targets, quota achievement, and individual representative KPIs.

• Assist with calculations for commission and incentive plans (SPIFs, quarterly targets).

• Act as the primary expert on sales processes and CRM best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to translate business requirements into system logic.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a RevOps, SalesOps, or a comparable operational role within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Practical experience with HubSpot — you've personally built workflows, custom properties, and reports.

• Proficiency in at least one automation tool (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).

• Strong data analysis skills: comfortable working with Excel/Sheets, and ideally familiar with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.).

• In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.

• Knowledge of the complete B2B revenue funnel: SDR → AE → CSM → Renewal.

• Detail-oriented and organized — you notice what others overlook.

• Self-sufficient and proactive — you identify issues before they are pointed out.

• Effective communicator — capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic scale-up environment.

🏝️ Benefits

• 30 vacation days—indeed, you read that correctly—that you can use whenever you require them.

• 16 weeks of parental leave—100% of your salary—for all new parents.

• Potential for a Phantom stock option plan - PSOP (conditions apply).

• A well-being budget of up to 2,000 CHF annually for training and development (plus days off for courses or training) and for physical and mental well-being initiatives.

• Opportunities for internal knowledge sharing and external coaching to enhance your professional and social skills.

• Hack days to challenge you and your team, plus the opportunity to create amazing projects.

• Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment, with the option to occasionally meet in one of our offices to collaborate and strengthen team relationships.
