This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and execute a revenue attribution model across various acquisition channels: organic PLG, paid media, Sales, Partnerships, and internal LWSA;
• Ensure every lead generated has its source tracked, status updated, and complete data maintained throughout the entire journey;
• Identify gaps in pipeline coverage;
• Create a cohesive view of the acquisition funnel;
• Define and standardize funnel stages for each channel (PLG→SLG handoff, Sales inbound, Partnerships);
• Develop and uphold funnel dashboards by vertical and consolidated views;
• Identify leakage points and propose improvement hypotheses with prioritization logic based on impact;
• Serve as the technical liaison between the Performance Marketing team and Product/Tech;
• Review existing tagging coverage and prioritize fixes based on their impact on CAC measurement and attribution;
• Document the tagging model as a dynamic operational standard;
• Organize and maintain the CRM as a dependable source of record for Sales and Partnerships teams;
• Assist in implementing workflow automations (e.g., PLG→SLG handoff, pipeline notifications, inactivity alerts) in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Conduct periodic analyses of acquisition performance segmented by channel, segment, and time period;
• Establish the RevOps metrics framework for operations: defining, sourcing, scheduling, and assigning ownership for each metric.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Analytics within a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform context;
• Proven experience in environments with multiple acquisition channels requiring cross-channel attribution;
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and BI or analytics tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or equivalent);
• Knowledge of web tagging (GTM, GA4, paid media pixels) is a significant advantage;
• High tolerance for ambiguity: capable of working with incomplete data and conflicting sources while developing actionable improvements;
• Pragmatic prioritization skills: recognizes that perfect attribution can hinder useful attribution;
• Strong and assertive communication skills across various organizational levels;
