This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the GTM technology stack, utilizing HubSpot as the primary CRM, along with enrichment providers, outbound tools, and internal integrations.
• Develop and oversee automated workflows through n8n, leveraging native integrations and APIs to link systems and remove manual tasks.
• Create and sustain outbound email infrastructure, which includes domain management, deliverability monitoring, rotation strategies, and DNS configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Establish and manage data pipelines to ensure a seamless flow of clean data and accurate attribution throughout the funnel.
• Construct and maintain dashboards and reporting for Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Document all system architectures, workflows, and processes to establish a definitive source of truth for the team.
• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical skills — adept at working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and troubleshooting complex integration challenges.
• Extensive knowledge of email deliverability, encompassing domain health management, bounce rate optimization, and sender reputation.
• Practical experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
• A systems-thinking approach — you design solutions for scalability, not just addressing immediate issues.
