This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Act as the RevOps and automation contact for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, participating in regular client calls and managing daily operations.

• Create greenfield HubSpot architectures for new clients, defining lifecycle stages, MQL/SQL parameters, lead routing, deal pipelines across geographies and segments, along with the rationale for each choice.

• Architect and execute HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integrations, establishing sync rules, object ownership, deduplication logic, and error handling for Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Custom Objects, with built-in monitoring from the outset.

• Construct, configure, and enhance HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hubs, including intricate workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, properties, pipelines, custom objects, and Ops Hub custom code/webhooks as necessary.

• Review new client tech stacks and present a prioritized 90-day roadmap, including quick wins, structural adjustments, and long-term enhancements, while avoiding the creation of technical debt.

• Design and implement SLA frameworks in HubSpot (time-to-first-touch, touch cadence, recycle rules) with escalation logic that functions as intended.

• Develop and sustain integrations across the wider GTM stack (Salesforce, Clay, Zapier/n8n, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Ads, Clearbit, and more).

• Create client dashboards that link pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution to channels/campaigns, presented in a manner that enables informed decisions by leadership.

• Oversee data hygiene, enrichment workflows, and database structures across client portals, focusing on naming conventions, validation, picklist strategies, and automated cleanup routines.

• Implement GDPR/CCPA compliance measures (consent capture, lawful bases, data retention, sensitive property permissions) with auditability features.

• Identify and deploy high-ROI AI automation solutions such as enrichment, smart routing, content drafting with guardrails, and ticket deflection, while measuring the outcomes.

• Translate client objectives and pod-level strategies into operational automation, clearly articulating these to non-technical stakeholders during calls.

• Resolve complex issues (sync drift, duplication, workflow failures) using a structured triage approach to prevent regressions.

• Document all developments, contributing reusable workflows, templates, playbooks, and build standards to Kalungi's internal RevOps toolkit to scale efforts across pods and clients.

• Elevate the standards within Kalungi's automation team by mentoring specialists on specific builds, conducting workflow reviews, and enhancing quality and speed across the team.

• Collaborate with pod CMOs, PMMs, content creators, paid media, and ABM specialists to ensure automation is aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, operations, or a related field (4–6 years in RevOps, marketing operations, CRM administration, or GTM systems roles, preferably in B2B SaaS).

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, with required certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Ops Hub.

• Demonstrated ability to design HubSpot portals from the ground up, not merely configuring existing architectures.

• Experience in architecting and maintaining HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integrations at a production scale, including deduplication, object ownership, and long-term monitoring.

• Clay certification and proven experience utilizing Clay for enrichment, list building, and GTM data workflows.

• Proficiency in database management, including data modeling, relational structures, keys/joins, and maintaining a clean and scalable CRM database over time.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and the capacity to quickly adapt to newer or smaller CRMs (Attio, Folk, Copper, Close, and similar).

• Strong working knowledge of Ops Hub custom code, webhooks, and scripting; able to create nightly jobs that pull product usage data from a data warehouse into HubSpot, or similar tasks.

• Experience with integration and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make), and comfort with writing basic JS/SQL for custom logic.

• Practical experience in deploying AI-powered automations within a GTM context (enrichment, routing, summarization, content, deflection) with a clear strategy for measuring effectiveness.

• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and the ability to implement compliance and auditability in a CRM environment.

• Strong analytical mindset capable of building dashboards that facilitate decision-making, rather than simply existing dashboards.

• Confident in client-facing situations, able to articulate complex technical decisions in layman's terms, and provide thoughtful pushback when necessary.

• A player-coach mentality, taking pride in both hands-on work and in uplifting the capabilities of those around you.

• Detail-oriented yet pragmatic, understanding when 80% completion is sufficient.

• A builder mindset that creates structure from ambiguity and identifies scalable solutions. Inherently curious and consistently seeking growth.
