RevOps Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy of revenue data by consolidating HubSpot, billing, contracts, and engagement into a unified, actionable source;

• Create and oversee integrations between tools using API and custom coding;

• Evaluate performance, map hypotheses, identify workflow bottlenecks, and recommend automations and ongoing enhancements;

• Develop internal AI-driven tools — organize sprints and validate solutions with both internal and external stakeholders;

• Sustain the technical integrity of the area by troubleshooting dashboards and data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python and SQL for analysis and automation purposes.

• Understanding of data manipulation and ETL processes.

• Experience with Databricks: comfortable working within the environment (SQL/PySpark in notebooks, maintaining existing pipelines).

• Practical knowledge of applied AI: RAG (embeddings and vector search), integration with LLM APIs, and agent construction — hands-on experience is preferred over theoretical knowledge.

• Proficient in utilizing cloud services (AWS): EC2 (deploying and maintaining applications, SSH access, scheduled jobs), S3, and basic IAM/credentials.

• Familiarity with HubSpot (custom objects, workflows, API integration).

• Experience with analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau).

• Advanced proficiency in conversational English.

• Background in B2B enterprise RevOps and knowledge of the MEDDPICC methodology is an advantage.

• Prior experience in formal Data Engineering projects (modeling, orchestration, infrastructure).

• Intermediate Spanish skills are a plus.
