This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the quality, structure, and dependability of data utilized by the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Manage and enhance the CRM, automations, integrations, and tools that facilitate revenue operations, including migration, implementation, and governance initiatives.
• Analyze, document, and optimize processes throughout the customer journey, from demand generation to retention and growth.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that assist in strategic decision-making for leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks in conversion, productivity, activation, and retention, proposing data-driven solutions.
• Aid in the definition, tracking, and evolution of essential Sales & Marketing metrics.
• Create automations that minimize operational tasks and enhance team productivity.
• Formulate commercial prioritization models, deal distribution strategies, and lead scoring systems.
• Integrate marketing, sales, product, and customer experience data for more thorough business analyses.
• Investigate practical AI applications to boost productivity, automate workflows, and enhance analysis quality.
• Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, including the configuration of pipelines, workflows, custom properties, and reports.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Claude.
• Advanced understanding of SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization platforms (Looker Studio or similar).
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets or comparable applications.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and an investigative, analytical mindset.
• It’s a plus if you have:
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Understanding of metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, activation, churn, retention, and recurring revenue.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or project management tools like Notion.
• Background in CRM migration, implementation, or restructuring projects.
• Experience with channel attribution and customer acquisition analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools relevant to operations, productivity, or decision-making processes.
