This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for designing, scaling, and enhancing the company's comprehensive revenue engine across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance.
• Acts as a strategic business ally to the CRO, CFO, and Sales Leadership team, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Oversees forecasting, planning, territory design, compensation administration, pipeline management, GTM systems, and executive reporting.
• Establishes the infrastructure necessary to scale a high-growth SaaS business.
• Collaborates with the CRO, CEO, and CFO to formulate annual revenue plans and operational models.
• Develops KPIs that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Evaluates pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle trends, and win/loss performance.
• Streamlines lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and renewal processes.
• Directs the design and administration of the annual compensation plan.
• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations, or Consulting.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience overseeing Revenue Operations teams within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Experience supporting high-growth businesses with annual revenues ranging from $20M to over $200M.
• Collaborated closely with executive leadership, providing strategic insights and influencing significant business decisions.
• Practical experience in designing and managing compensation plans, quota programs, and forecasting processes.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
• Highly analytical, possessing strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and familiar with contemporary revenue technology platforms such as Clari (or similar forecasting tools), Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Strong project management and change management competencies.
• Preferred experience with commission management tools (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff) and modern data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
