This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Oversee daily Salesforce administration tasks, including managing users, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Ensure data integrity and system reliability throughout the GTM stack.
• Develop and enhance workflows, automations, and processes.
• Assist with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance process efficiency and visibility.
• Aid in translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of scalable GTM systems and processes.
• Assess and support integrations across the revenue technology stack.
• Discover opportunities to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
• Gradually assume responsibility for reporting, pipeline structure, and RevOps processes.
• Transition into a strategic partner for Sales and GTM leadership.
• Shift from execution-focused tasks to ownership of systems and strategies.
• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting or as an Admin within a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
• Proven experience in constructing reports, dashboards, and basic automations.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across sales and operations.
• Willingness to expand beyond administrative duties into RevOps strategy.
• Ability to think in terms of systems rather than just tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy work.
• Experience with integrations or tools such as Apollo, Nooks, Clay, etc.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin or Platform App Builder) are preferred.
