This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of recurring revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting for designated brands and business lines.
• Collaborate with General Managers and go-to-market leaders to convert data into actionable insights for the business.
• Develop and uphold dashboards, reports, and models utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, Yellowfin BI, and spreadsheets.
• Evaluate pipeline health, funnel performance, conversion trends, and key factors influencing forecast changes.
• Enhance marketing and sales operations through process improvements, report design, and data quality management.
• Integrate and analyze marketing performance data from both internal and external sources, including Dreamdata, 6Sense, and AEO/GEO reporting.
• Recognize reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, and data challenges that hinder visibility or decision-making.
• Ensure consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards are maintained across various brands and business functions.
• Assist with operational rhythms such as forecast meetings, business reviews, and performance presentations.
• Operate within established frameworks while applying critical thinking, sound judgment, and a drive for continuous improvement to the role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a comparable analytical position.
• Proven experience in supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting in a multi-stakeholder setting.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and spreadsheet analysis; familiarity with Yellowfin BI or similar BI tools is preferred.
• Experience in handling marketing and attribution data from various systems and external sources.
• Exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to link data to operational decisions.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders and communicate clearly in both written and verbal English.
• Demonstrated curiosity, accountability, reliability, and comfort in navigating new challenges in a structured environment.
