📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Finance to co-manage the company's revenue and retention forecast, acting as a peer rather than just a data provider.

• Develop the forecasting methodology, take ownership of the model, and advocate for the numbers in executive and board meetings.

• Conduct in-depth analyses on Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), marketing intent, pipeline health, cohort performance, and revenue and renewal trends that influence significant business decisions.

• Act as a pivotal voice in defining and advancing TimelyCare's go-to-market strategy.

• This encompasses segmentation, coverage model design, handoff criteria across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience, along with structural decisions that determine how the company attracts, expands, and retains customers.

• Convert strategy into operational execution.

• Lead and nurture a cross-functional operations team that spans business systems, marketing operations, and sales operations.

• Establish the quarterly roadmap and manage execution in organized, sprint-based cycles, prioritizing ruthlessly, sequencing tasks, and holding the team accountable for outcomes.

• Spearhead the shift to an automation-first operational model.

• Identify and eliminate manual stopgap processes, replacing them with intelligent, scalable workflows.

• Oversee the resolution of intricate account hierarchies and multi-institution data structures to maintain a unified source of truth for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and customer health.

• Set the benchmarks for data flow within the go-to-market stack.

• Drive standardization of nomenclature and orchestration of processes across the GTM organization, collaborating with Data & Analytics to create a top-tier revenue intelligence engine.

• Partner with Business Systems to ensure the technical health of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, Ironclad, HubSpot, 6sense, Gainsight, Gong, and other MarTech tools, ensuring it is scalable, well-governed, and devoid of technical debt.

• Undertake additional tasks and projects as required to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or healthcare context.

• A proven history of execution, not just direction, with hands-on involvement in Salesforce configuration, reporting development, data modeling, or workflow automation.

• The analytical capability to collaborate with Finance as an equal: you can construct a forecast model, stress-test assumptions, and present results to a CFO or board without needing a translator.

• Established ability to influence go-to-market strategy, not just implement it - you have insights regarding segmentation, coverage, and handoff design, and know how to guide an organization through change.

• Experience in leading and growing operations teams, with a comfort in managing an agile/sprint operating model rather than solely addressing project-by-project issues.

• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, including managing complex data hierarchies and go-to-market integrations, along with extensive experience with Gong, Gainsight, HubSpot, 6sense, and the MarTech stack.

• Executive presence: you can articulate operational complexities into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to improvement - this role is suited for someone who identifies broken processes and actively resolves them, rather than merely documenting and waiting.
