This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive insights within the B2B marketing organization.
• Assist the business in understanding the marketing's impact on revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities across various channels, target audiences, and the marketing funnel.
• Lead analytics initiatives or mini-projects, such as developing segmentation models, analyzing paid media performance, and evaluating event impact.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights and create dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data warehouses.
• Present insights to colleagues and immediate supervisors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (mandatory).
• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CJA, Atlas).
• Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement new analytical methods or workflows.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of leveraging AI for automating code writing.
