This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop comprehensive 3D building information models (BIM) for furniture and medical devices.
• Create accurate construction drawing sets, plotting sheets, and equipment schedules.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to address design discrepancies.
• Oversee clash detection and ensure alignment of spatial requirements among different disciplines.
• Adhere to company drafting guidelines.
• Maintain file revision controls.
• Construct custom parametric families.
• Work closely with Medical Equipment Planners and Interior Designers.
• Execute additional job-related tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Design, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and related tools.
• Strong grasp of Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, clash detection, and family development.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Familiarity with SEPS/MilStd 1691 JSN's is preferred.
• Knowledge of UFC Codes/Guide plates and FGI Healthcare Planning Guides is preferred.
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
• Tribal preference under Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation; preference will be given as required pursuant to Section 22-2-4(8).
