This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of CRM architecture, data quality, and governance to guarantee accuracy and reliability in system-reported insights for sales and CX teams.
• Revamp CRM dashboards, data views, and workflows to ensure that representatives and managers have access to the right information at every step of the sales and service processes.
• Set up and monitor workload metrics for inbound CX support; recognize and eliminate unnecessary demand through process improvements, documentation enhancements, and upstream solutions.
• Manage HubSpot platform administration, including lead routing, email campaign infrastructure, list management, segmentation, and data migrations from other tools.
• Tailor HubSpot objects (contacts, companies, deals) and implement best practices across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.
• Collaborate with Sales and CX leadership to synchronize CRM workflows with actual operating rhythms; establish feedback loops for ongoing enhancement.
• Identify and cultivate an AI opportunity portfolio for GTM Ops, including designing and leading a pilot with defined success metrics and criteria for failure.
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Data teams to address root causes of support demand and enhance downstream CX efficiency.
• Up to 4 years of experience in revenue operations, CRM administration, or a related GTM systems role.
• Practical experience managing HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs, including workflow automation, lead routing, and object customization.
• Strong operational analytics capabilities with the proficiency to measure, analyze, and act on workload and efficiency data.
• Proven experience in enhancing CRM usability and data quality through redesigned workflows and governance practices.
• Ability to identify upstream causes of support or process friction and address them systematically rather than merely symptomatically.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing Product, Engineering, or Data partners.
• Capacity to audit inventory workflows to optimize scalability within our systems.
