This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Manage the daily administration of Salesforce, focusing on object configuration, custom fields and layouts, validation rules, flows, automations, and permission sets.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data by designing and implementing strong data quality standards, conducting audits, and taking charge of the resolution and escalation of data-related issues.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Systems Engineer on technical architecture decisions, leveraging in-depth Salesforce knowledge and contextual insights to work together on builds and automations.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI tools throughout the Revenue team, ensuring a seamless integration of AI and existing tools for optimal efficiency in daily operations.
• Configure AI-driven workflows, agents, and prospecting tools (via Clay) while managing MCP and AI agent tools for the Revenue organization in partnership with Sezzle’s AI team and the Revenue Systems Engineer.
• Take responsibility for the development, continuous optimization, and team integration of shared AI skills and prompts for Go-To-Market teams.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide Revenue leadership with insights into pipeline health, account status, and team performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of operational programs against team objectives, such as pipeline generation, account growth, and overall team efficiency.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical Salesforce administration experience (100+ users) within a B2B SaaS or fintech setting.
• Proven track record of managing Salesforce configuration from start to finish: objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and integrations.
• Experience utilizing modern large language model tools (e.g., Claude) to boost productivity, research, and communication is essential.
• Proficient in writing and executing SOQL queries across both standard and custom objects, including relationship queries, aggregate functions, and complex filters, while being familiar with governor limits and tools like Developer Console or Workbench.
• Strong comprehension of Revenue systems data architecture and best practices for data quality.
• Basic knowledge of backend system architecture and database query languages to trace data flows, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate effectively with engineering (experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Redshift is a plus).
• Experience administering at least one Revenue tool beyond Salesforce (e.g., Salesloft, Docusign, Clay, etc.).
• Capability to work autonomously and manage platforms with minimal oversight.
