This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Identify and define significant business challenges related to revenue enhancement through a combination of data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder feedback.
• Perform structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to reveal opportunities and evaluate trade-offs.
• Distill complex findings into straightforward, actionable strategies and convey them to C-level executives.
• Persuade senior stakeholders to secure support for strategic recommendations and facilitate execution throughout the organization.
• Oversee cross-functional strategic projects from start to finish, encompassing problem definition, alignment, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders and executives to proactively identify and shape high-priority initiatives.
• Serve as a generalist thought partner to revenue leaders, assisting them in addressing intricate business challenges.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Significant experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, or in a strategic capacity within a rapidly growing startup or scale-up (e.g., strategy, business operations, corporate development, growth).
• Capability to derive insights from data and link them to actionable strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership and ownership qualities, with the ability to work independently while aligning with the overall business strategy.
• Proven experience in leading complex initiatives from initial hypothesis generation to solution implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a proactive approach.
• A collaborative attitude and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a readiness to delve into unstructured business problems.
• A passion for technology and a comprehension of trends and market dynamics in the SaaS and B2B software sectors.
